Itinerary :

02.00 AM: Pick up from your hotel
04:40 AM: Meet our jeep driver, and head to the sunrise view point.
05:45 AM: Arrive at the sunrise view point (this sunrise view point is located to the east of Mount Batur at an altitude of approximately 1,350 meters above sea level).
06:45 AM – 08:30 AM: Explore the Black Sand & Black Lava Area of Mount Batur.
08:30 AM: Return to the meeting point parking area.
09:00 AM – 09:30 AM: End of the tour.

MOUNT BATUR SUNRISE TREKKING

The Batur caldera has been called one of the most beautiful in the world, and locals often refer to this trip as ‘trekking with the gods’. Once at the top of the caldera wall you really do feel as though you are in a sacred space where the peaks of mountains break out above the clouds, the the ocean spreads out on one side and the lake on the other, and the rising sun paints everything in vivid orange and yellow hues.

Your tour starts at Toya Bungkah village with hot drinks and a quick briefing from your English speaking tour guides. Then we make our way to Pura Ulan Danu Batur to begin the easy trek up the caldera wall. The trek only takes about 45 minutes to an hour, which makes this a great option for beginner trekkers or those looking for something slightly less challenging than Agung or Batur.

ITINERARY :

02.30 – 03.00 AM: Pick up time (depend on your hotel location).
0.3.30 -0.4.00 AM start hiking
05.50 AM: Arrive at summit Mount Batur 1717.M
05.45 AM: Arrival at the top of caldera (sunrise point).
06.00 – 06:30AM: Having your Breakfast and enjoy view of sunrise
07.00 AM : Visit Active Volcano (hot Steam) then back down
08.00 – 09.00 AM : Ariive at the parking

Deva organized our airport transfer, drove us between different locations during our stay, and took us on a wonderful tour around Ubud. Every part of the experience was smooth, reliable, and completely stress-free.

More than just a guide, Deva became an invaluable part of our trip. He shared fascinating insights into Balinese culture and traditions, gave us excellent local recommendations, and was always happy to answer our questions. His knowledge and genuine passion for Bali made every drive and every stop much more meaningful.

My husband Mikey and I cannot thank Deva and his team enough for supporting the coordination of our 15 day trip in Bali from the end of June to mid-July. From Ubud, to Nusa Dua, to Canggu, to Uluwatu and to and from the DPS airport - we were taken care of! See below for more details:

Communication - Via Whatsapp, if it wasn't he himself driving us, he coordinated drivers for us in each town. All we had to give him was date, time, and destination. Communication was always timely and clear.

Organization - A highly organized company, we never felt out of the loop and were always felt imformed, knowing what to expect.

Timeliness - Drivers were always on time, and more often than not, early. In a town of busy streets and traffic, this was super appreciated.

Cost - Super reasonable!

Tours - They do it all! Deva also made sound recommendations, too. He let us know location-wise what would be reasonable to fit in a day. He also recommended some tours that were not on our list. My favorite recommendation was the coffee plantation.

Additional touches: On each day of a day of tours, Deva greated us with a morning Balinesse treat. :)
