We had a great experience with Deva! He picked us up from the airport and we booked him again to explore Ubud. He showed us beautiful places and we had many interesting conversations along the way.

Deva made our Bali trip so much more special. He was our driver throughout the journey, but after a while, he honestly felt more like a member of our family than just a driver.

From the very first day, he was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He even brought us some traditional local sweets as a welcome gift, which was such a lovely and meaningful gesture. Throughout the whole trip, he was always helpful, reliable, patient, and made us feel very safe and comfortable.

He helped us with everything we needed, always had a warm smile, and made our days in Bali so much easier and more enjoyable. We are truly grateful that we met him.

We had an outstanding experience with Bali Melali Family, especially with our guide, Deva.

Deva organized our airport transfer, drove us between different locations during our stay, and took us on a wonderful tour around Ubud. Every part of the experience was smooth, reliable, and completely stress-free.

More than just a guide, Deva became an invaluable part of our trip. He shared fascinating insights into Balinese culture and traditions, gave us excellent local recommendations, and was always happy to answer our questions. His knowledge and genuine passion for Bali made every drive and every stop much more meaningful.

We were traveling as a family of five with young children, so everything naturally took us a bit longer, but Deva was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating. He never made us feel rushed, always helped us with anything we needed, and even carried our little daughter when she got tired.

We genuinely enjoyed every moment we spent with him. If you’re visiting Ubud or anywhere in Bali, I can’t recommend Guide Deva highly enough. He truly went above and beyond to make our trip special, and we would happily book him again on our next visit.

Look no further than Team Bali Melali! From tours, to drivers, to knowledge about Bali - this team offers it all.

My husband Mikey and I cannot thank Deva and his team enough for supporting the coordination of our 15 day trip in Bali from the end of June to mid-July. From Ubud, to Nusa Dua, to Canggu, to Uluwatu and to and from the DPS airport - we were taken care of! See below for more details:

Communication - Via Whatsapp, if it wasn't he himself driving us, he coordinated drivers for us in each town. All we had to give him was date, time, and destination. Communication was always timely and clear.

Organization - A highly organized company, we never felt out of the loop and were always felt imformed, knowing what to expect.

Timeliness - Drivers were always on time, and more often than not, early. In a town of busy streets and traffic, this was super appreciated.

Cost - Super reasonable!

Tours - They do it all! Deva also made sound recommendations, too. He let us know location-wise what would be reasonable to fit in a day. He also recommended some tours that were not on our list. My favorite recommendation was the coffee plantation.

Additional touches: On each day of a day of tours, Deva greated us with a morning Balinesse treat. :)

We had an amazing experience touring Bali with Deva from Bali Melali Family. From the very beginning, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Not only did he handle all the transfers smoothly, but he also gave us great suggestions throughout the trip that made our experience even more special.

One thing we really appreciated was how attentive and flexible he was. Whenever we finished a tour earlier than expected, Deva would suggest extra stops and hidden spots along the way so we could make the most of our day. Thanks to him, we discovered places we would never have found on our own. He also recommended a restaurant that we absolutely loved!
